Nikki was quick to respond both before and during our stay, and helped arrange lift passes as well as sharing useful advice. We had a great time with Avoriaz Chalets. The apartment felt welcoming and cozy, with more than we needed. I enjoy cooking, and found everything necessary for making a proper meal after skiing. In the evenings we could watch the smart TV or settle down with a book and a drink. The bath was lovely for unwinding, and there was always plenty of hot water for it or the shower. Compared with some other places we saw, this accommodation felt much more luxurious. I'd definitely recommend Avoriaz Chalets.

The ski in, ski out access was a real bonus, and the accommodation was finished to a very high standard. So many thoughtful little touches made this a holiday we'll treasure. Nikki was fantastic throughout, with recommendations and a willingness to help with everything. Thanks so much for making our stay so brilliant. We'll be back.

After many years visiting Avoriaz, this is the best apartment I've stayed in. It was comfortable, thoughtfully laid out, and carefully decorated. The Avoriaz Chalets team made the trip fantastic and were ready to help with anything. Their advice and support were especially valuable after my wife injured herself skiing. Thanks to everyone there, I'd highly recommend them.

There were nine of us, and the apartment was a great fit in a fantastic spot beside the run and near the lifts. It had everything we needed, and Nikki was very helpful and quick to reply. She also arranged extras such as ski hire and passes, which saved us hours of queuing. Would definitely recommend.
