The team were fabulous hosts, and the chalet itself was superb. Ken cooked excellent food without any fuss, while the young staff kept the meals and wine coming and looked after the chalet. Susie and Simon took care of every detail before, during, and after our holiday to make it the best experience they could.

Ken has apparently been the chef here for over 15 years, and after tasting his food I can see why. He pays close attention to detail, and the menu keeps surprising me, even with kangaroo fillet as a starter! I usually like trying new places, but Chalet Eira felt special enough that I wanted to share it with friends and family. Simon, Susie, and their team made us feel so welcome, and the atmosphere was lovely. Thanks again for a great ski holiday.

The rooms are clean, spacious, and lovely, and the owners are friendly and helpful. The whole staff team was great too. Ken’s food was the highlight for me. We chose Chalet Eira because of the reviews about his cooking, and we weren’t disappointed. Everyone we met had been there before, so it’s clearly popular. I’m sure I’ll be back.

We could get to the slopes easily on the local buses, and the included meals were so good I’d have gladly paid for them at a restaurant. The room had a great view and everything we needed. Had a great time here, and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

Comfortable beds, great food, and lovely hosts in a lovely chalet. Exceptional. I’ll definitely stay at Chalet Eira whenever I’m in Morzine.
