The place is worn and tired, and way overpriced. The internet on level 1 was terrible. When I called reception, they had the nerve to ask me to come by, even though it was a half hour walk uphill. The best they could offer was for a technician to stop by some day. Terrible customer service for a place this worn out and overpriced.

There was just one ski locker key for all seven of us, and the place was meant to be on the "prestige" package. The apartment also had no Wi-Fi, even though we'd asked reception. The cleaning wasn't up to much either, with a dirty, burnt stove. When we got in at 5 PM, there were unmade beds and a heap of dirty sheets in one bedroom. A very pleasant young man came to make the beds, thankfully. We arrived at 1:30 PM and had to wait until the agency opened at 4 to get the keys. Honestly, I'd strongly advise against staying here.
