Hôtel de la Muse et du Rozier

We only stayed one night, but the service made a strong impression. Even though we arrived late and the kitchen was nearly closing, they took all 12 of us in for dinner and treated us like family. Everyone was smiling and helpful. The rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable, though the bathrooms could use an update. The terrace by the river is beautiful, especially at sunset. If we come back to the Gorges du Tarn, we'd happily stay at this hotel again. Thank you!

We expected a quiet overnight stop on our way east, south of the Gorges du Tarn. Instead, we had one of the nicest evenings and mornings of our two-week trip across France. The food was delicious, and the staff were friendly, relaxed, quiet, smiling, and always there when needed. Our room was spotless and comfortable, with windows that opened wide to the river and the lovely morning sun. After breakfast we wandered down to the little river beach and along the water. It was a real treat.

Dinner was magnificent on both nights we ate there, with gourmet-style food, and breakfast was good too. The hotel is lovely, in a superb gorge, and everything was perfectly clean, especially during the virus. The room was nice, though it could use more drawer space. My wife has trouble on her feet, so a shower instead of the bath might suit people like her better. We had a very relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings. I'd recommend the hotel and would love to return.

The scenery and atmosphere were so beautiful, and the hotel is in a great location. The food was excellent and the staff were friendly. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Thanks for the lovely memories, I'll certainly come back one day!
