Our first trip abroad couldn’t have gone better. The woman at the front desk, whose name I unfortunately can’t remember, was incredibly kind and accommodating. After 15 hours of travel, she let us check in early, printed a list of activities and places to see in English, and answered all our questions. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal. I wanted to thank her before we left, but we didn’t get the chance. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting from the US.

I’ve only been here for the spa, and it’s lovely, just right for relaxing for a few hours. It would be even better if the showers and changing rooms had products like conditioner and body lotion, and if there were a better hair dryer.

A good option for an overnight stop while passing through. The hotel is a little old, but the room was clean. Dinner at the restaurant was very good. I had the risotto, which was simply made but absolutely delicious, a must-try from their list. Breakfast was very good too, with lots of choices.

The pool was okay, but it wasn’t clean. The rest was a huge disappointment. The hotel looks nothing like the photos. The rooms are very old, the bathroom stinks and looks like someone was murdered in it, and there were flies and ants everywhere. The doors and floor were dirty too. Lonely Planet recommended this place, but I’ve written to them as well. Such a pity, because Mougins is such a nice place.

That massage was sublime. Elodie and Nina were so kind and professional, and the whole experience felt wonderfully relaxing. My boyfriend and I booked an hour-long Hawaiian-style couples massage and loved it.
