Great.

The private rooftop terrace was a highlight of our 50 m² apartment. It also had a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The apartments sit right on the market square in the heart of the old town. Everything was comfortable and spotless, and the value for money was excellent.
10/10
The cleanliness really stood out, and the bedding, decor, layout, amenities, location, and welcome were all impeccable as well. These apartments felt perfect in every way. I’d happily recommend them, they made for a blissful stay.
2/10
The room’s interior was nice, but that’s about the only positive I can give. The bed felt very old, crooked, and strange, and it was extremely uncomfortable. The owner left quickly and didn’t seem very enthusiastic. Breakfast was painfully basic for 10 euros per person: one baguette, a croissant, a chocolate croissant, and two small jars of jam for two people. There were no toppings. We could eat a quarter of the baguette with the jam, and the rest went untouched. Then renovations started downstairs at 7:30 a.m., with workers chopping into the walls. Nobody had warned us, so we weren’t expecting to be woken that early. A very bad experience.

We didn’t see the hosts at all, but everything went smoothly. The place was clean and tidy, and right in the heart of Obernai. Great accommodation!
