The rooms are a good size, with cozy, homely decor for the price, and there's plenty of privacy. We had privacy from the lovely couple running the place as well as from the rest of the world. The food was lovely and cooked from scratch, and the grounds were peaceful.

Lynne and Howard make you feel very welcome. It's a peaceful, private spot, and there's very good food available if you ask for it.

The meals on offer are delicious, and breakfast is generous too. Excellent value for money. Lyne and her husband are incredibly welcoming, and the room is lovely, almost like a little studio apartment with everything you need for cooking.

We first stayed with Lynne and Howard in Mouhet in 2018, looking for a safe, comfortable and welcoming gîte in the countryside near the motorway between Orléans and Toulouse. Since then, over the past six years, we've returned three times a year, and it delights us every time. The apartment is comfortable and has a small garden. We always enjoy the warm welcome, traditional lasagna and homemade lemon cake, which we never tire of.
