The pool and grounds were gorgeous, and the rooms had a quaint feel. I loved the views and the castle-like buildings. We didn't have time for a wine tasting, but took a bottle of Syrah with us, and it was delicious. The paved drive up is narrow, so take care. Our hosts were really helpful despite the language gap, their English was much better than my French. A fantastic place to stay in southern France!

We had a terrific dinner cooked by Celine and her mother, and breakfast came with homemade farm preserves and Fred's homemade yogurt. Celine grows several grape varieties on the estate and makes the wine, which was excellent. Fred and Celine are lovely family owners and hosts. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Domaine de Blancardy is a real gem in the French countryside, and I'd highly recommend staying here.

Google Maps sent us the wrong way, from D108 along dirt tracks, through farmyards, and into dead ends. Ignore it and drive up to D999, then take the exit at L'Églisette. We spent one night in the tower and had a comfortable room, good food, and a friendly welcome.

We parked our mobilhome on the grass patch just past the chateau, where the landlady said we could stay. Everything was impeccably clean and cozy, from the chateau and parking grounds to the restaurant and the adjoining shop selling wine and other goodies. The owners were very friendly. We had a simple, very good home-cooked meal from the landlady at an honest price, and drank the chateau wine. We finished the bottle, it tasted great. Absolutely recommend this place!

I was visiting from the USA for a dear friend's wedding at another nearby chateau, and stayed here for two nights. My French was very limited, and the host's English was too, but they were friendly and helpful, and everything worked out really well. Thank you very much!
