Sleeping in the tent felt magical for us and our baby. The complimentary crib was much appreciated, and our friendly little dog got a warm welcome too. 🐶 We stayed six days at Terre Rouge, in a tent among the forest, with our one-year-old. It was a lovely break that felt relaxing and removed from everyday life. The owners were welcoming and friendly the whole time, always around when we needed them, and gave us great tips for places to see. If you get the chance, try the pizzas they bake on-site. They’re delicious! Thanks so much for the hospitality and a wonderful stay. We’d love to come back to Terre Rouge.

The tent had what we needed for basic comfort, and the bedding was very good, which is something we always worry about when camping. We also appreciated having a griddle to cook on, though Pierre and Magali can prepare meals for you too. There are lots of places to visit and things to do in and around the village. At the end of last August, we stayed for two weeks with Magali and Pierre, taking our daughters, who were 5 and 10. Both loved camping in the forest. It was peaceful, relaxing, and surrounded by nature. Magali and Pierre are discreet but available, incredibly kind, and full of good advice. We had a very, very good stay. Thanks to you both. We’re already looking for next summer’s vacation and realized we hadn’t left a review yet. PS: My eldest gives you 6 out of 5 stars 😁😁
