Maison de 3 chambres avec jardin clos et wifi a Mouzillon

A fantastic, fabulous place to stop.

We'd booked one night and let them know we'd arrive a bit later than the check-in time listed on Booking.com, as we've done plenty of times before. Just before we were due to check in, they said they couldn't hold the room because they had other bookings, probably through other apps. They also said our arrival time was outside their stated window. If they'd told us sooner, we could have arrived by the cutoff. Booking the same room through several sites and missing the overlap might be an organizational mistake. But when we asked them to cancel right away so we could get our money back, they said they'd do it the next day. We ended up calling Booking.com, which wouldn't get involved, then waiting for the person running the place to cancel the reservation. They didn't do it willingly, so I had to message again to get it done. Very unpleasant, and one of the worst experiences I've had with accommodation. Mistakes happen, but that attitude could have been avoided. I absolutely don't recommend them.

Our friends got a cancellation notice for their room just two weeks before arrival, apparently because of a mistake. We'd booked these guest rooms together on January 14th. Then, only a week before the trip, we were told I couldn't have the accessible room with a terrace that I needed. They offered some other room on the second floor, with a spiral staircase. I sent countless messages and got no reply. Booking.com eventually sorted it out and found an alternative. Outrageous, especially after booking back in January. I wouldn't use them if you want to avoid an unpleasant surprise when you arrive.

The bedding was impeccable, and the rooms were spotless and so peaceful. Being right out in the countryside makes it a lovely place to recharge and sleep well.
