We spent Christmas here as a family. The staff were lovely and helpful, and the breakfast had fresh pastries and a good range of choices. The hotel also serves nice food when you don't have time to cook or head out, and there's draft beer in the evening. Our rooms had basic kitchens for cooking and breakfast, and were clean, modern, and pleasant. The location worked well, close to the tram and a short walk from the city center and Christmas Market. One issue was sound coming through the connecting doors between rooms. If people in the next room stay up talking or watching TV, you can hear them. The entrance door also lets hallway light through and doesn't block much noise. A very good place to stay in Mulhouse. I'd come back.

The bar guy was disrespectful and kept pushing us to buy drinks. He said we couldn't sit and chat unless we'd ordered, then after we bought drinks, he still told us we couldn't play Uno and should return to our rooms. It felt like he was just trying to spite us.

For a longer stay and exploring nearby sights, this affordable apartment hotel worked well without major compromises. We could cook, the apartment was clean and quiet, and it felt family-friendly. Reception was staffed nearly all the time, and indoor parking cost only a little. The train station, some restaurants, and a cinema are all within 300 meters. Luzern is about 200 km away, if you're fine with driving. 😊 The main inconvenience was that cleaning only happens every five days in the name of sustainability. If you run out of basics like body wash midway through, you have to ask for a refill, and if you notice it's gone, that's your problem. There was no kitchen paper either, so bring your own. Nothing major otherwise. A good place to sleep and explore on a budget. 😊

We booked a room for two adults and two children, with breakfast. We arrived very late and had to make the children's beds ourselves. Just before leaving, I took off my three gold rings to wash my hands and left them on the little shelf by the toilet mirror. I called reception the day we checked out. They said the director would call the next morning after speaking with the cleaner, but he never did. When I called him, he said the rings hadn't been found and the cleaning staff hadn't seen anything. I never take them off, and I know exactly where I left them, so being told nothing was found in the room was a lie. THEY ARE STEALING!!!! We had breakfast, but I'd recommend going to a cafe or restaurant instead. Staff are stealing and lying. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE.
