The staff were extremely helpful and polite, which made up for a lot of the downsides. It’s in a good location and has parking for €7 a night. The hotel feels a bit run down, with something of an American motel feel, and I think the rooms could use a little updating.

Lovely breakfast, good rooms and secure storage for bikes. The staff were very friendly too.

There’s a big car park behind the hotel and it’s easy to get in and out. The staff were nice, and the location is close to the city centre. I stayed for just one night while passing through on the way to EuroAirport.

We were only there for one night. I’d mentioned my five-year-old son’s several allergies both in the booking email and at reception when we arrived. They said they’d cleaned and double-checked the room. Then, just as I was about to lie down, I turned over the pillow and found fresh brown stains. It might have been chocolate with nuts, which could have caused my little one to have an anaphylactic reaction. I also wondered if it could have been poop.

The room was quiet and clean, and it was very good value for money. The receptionist was lovely and helpful, suggested lots of restaurants and came up with several ideas for things to do.
