GREEN APPART Le Chêne Rouge avec Jardin et L'Epicéa 1er étage

The garden was a lovely spot for a meal or a drink, though it isn't quite finished and the steps aren't fixed. The apartment itself has been freshened up with new paint, floors, and fixtures. It's functional, nicely equipped in both the kitchen and bathroom, and has a washing machine and toiletries. Families get a cot, high chair, and small bath toys. For getting around, the bus stops right outside and the tram is a five-minute walk away. The Automobile Museum is a 15-minute walk, the Railway Museum a 15-minute drive, and Europa-Park is an hour away. Street parking is usually available, and there's a small shop downstairs with essentials and breakfast pastries, including croissants and pain au chocolat. A few things made our stay difficult. The heating shuts off at night, which could be an issue with small children. The building's front door slams loudly, and sound carries between apartments. We could hear the upstairs neighbors laughing and having sex every night until 5-6 am as if they were in the same room. The bathroom soap and shower gel dispensers were empty. The water heater also stopped working often. The owner sends a video explaining how to restart it, but we had to do that repeatedly.

It felt cozy, and it had everything we needed for a perfect stay. I'd happily recommend it.
