Stéphanie gave us such a warm welcome, and her excellent advice made our time there even better. The manor’s history is fascinating, and its quiet setting among the vineyards is stunning. Our spacious, beautifully decorated room was very comfortable and a lovely place to unwind. Breakfast was delicious, made with fresh local products. Manoir de Montflambert is a charming place, and we’d happily come back.

The owners are simply fantastic. I’ve rarely met people so warm, and they’re what makes this house so special. The accommodation makes you feel like royalty in your own castle or country house, right in the middle of Champagne. I’ve seen the comments about the towels not being fluffy enough, not having enough sockets, or there being no shower curtain. Maybe those points are fair, but they hardly matter in such a wonderful place. Five stars don’t feel like enough. I’ll definitely return, more than once.

Everything felt private and personal, and we loved our stay. We had a little picnic with snacks and their own champagne. Breakfast was served in the beautiful gardens, with breathtaking views. Stéphanie, the host and owner, was lovely. She showed us around the impressive property and pointed us to a couple of places that turned out to be just right. A lovely choice for an authentic, classy French stay among the vineyards.

The decor blends elegance with traditional French charm, and the inviting hotel has around five rooms, each with its own design and all looking amazing. The lady who welcomed us knew the hotel and area well and gave us personal recommendations based on what we liked. Thanks to such an incredible host, my recent stay at this charming hotel was unforgettable. I highly recommend it for a memorable visit, and I can’t wait
