We visited before the wedding, and we’ll visit again. Longeveau really does feel like a little piece of heaven. Julie and her team organised a perfect wedding for our party of 100, with guests staying across the estate. Everyone felt special and had a wonderful time. The cottages and facilities were beautiful and immaculately clean, the food was great, and the views were wonderful. We were also met with a warm welcome and brilliant service throughout. I can’t recommend Longeveau enough. Thank you!

The weekend felt like friends and family had taken over a little village, which made it relaxed, sociable and special. We had over 80 wedding guests staying at Longeveau, and the many reasonably priced gîtes close to each other let everyone stay together while still having their own space. For big gatherings and weddings, especially with 100 or more people, it’s hard to think of a better place. We used it as our wedding weekend base, and it was the perfect choice. We had a few simple moments that really stayed with us: greeting guests on Friday as they discovered Longeveau, a laid-back Sunday BBQ with lawn games, and being able to spend a whole weekend with our closest friends and family in one beautiful place. Un vrai coup de cœur. The setting in the rolling hills of the Dordogne is stunning and truly tranquil. You’ll need a car to get around, and a basic level of fitness is useful in this rural area, though that’s part of its charm. There’s a Spar within a scenic walk, and once you’re onsite it feels a welcome distance from everyday hustle. Julie and the team were fantastic to deal with while planning. They communicated clearly and calmly, and nothing seemed too much trouble. The onsite staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful all weekend. Many were happy to switch to English, which our guests appreciated. Our guests loved the two pools. We didn’t have enough time to properly enjoy the tennis courts or the 9-hole golf course, but we’re already talking about coming back for those. The spotless cottages were well equipped for self-catering and each had its own character and outdoor area, such as a garden or balcony, often with a barbecue. Guests had only positive feedback, including families who used the cots and other amenities. A little treat was ordering fresh bakery goods at the bar the day before and picking them up in the morning. Coffee and pastries in that lovely setting were a highlight. The bar and outdoor terrace looked gorgeous at sunset, drinks were varied and fairly priced, the bar staff were impeccable, and it was handy to have simple food ready to go. We’d happily recommend Longeveau for weddings, celebrations and other large groups. We sincerely hope to return many times. This definitely won’t be our last visit.

This is a lovely place for weddings and holidays. We’re Paula and the Singing Waiters in France Team, and we want to thank everyone at Manoir de Longeveau for having us perform as singing waiters. The staff welcomed us so warmly when we arrived and made sure we had everything needed to pull off a smooth, unforgettable surprise for the wedding guests. The setting was stunning, the atmosphere was electric, and we really enjoyed being part of such a special event. The guests were just as impressed as we were by the facilities and the team, and everyone felt looked after and enjoyed their stay. We had our wedding here in September 2024, and the day itself went seamlessly. The setup was flawless, every detail had been planned, and the staff were wonderful. It was a magical day, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate. Julie and Nina took care of everything from the start of planning through our stay. They were welcoming, friendly and attentive, and made us feel completely at ease. The service was impeccable. The venue had all we could have wanted for relaxing and celebrating together, including stunning pools, volleyball and tennis courts, and a golf course. The modern, well-equipped accommodation felt like home for us and our loved ones. The bridal suite was especially magical and luxurious. From the moment we arrived, it felt as if we had the entire Manoir to ourselves. We’d highly recommend this unforgettable venue for a relaxed wedding in a beautiful setting.
