Flat: 4/5. Accessibility: 3/5. Ambiance: 3/5. Cost: 2/5. Service: 1/5. Getting there by bus was easy, and the flat itself was fine, with a comfortable mattress. The rooms felt very plain, though, with no decoration, so the atmosphere wasn't great. For the price, the location felt too far from the center to call the flat cheap. I was also disappointed by the lack of personal contact: we didn't meet anyone or get a welcome message. When I contacted them because I'd left my scarf behind and asked if they could send it back, they said they wouldn't and that I should find someone to collect it. Customer first?

I'm still angry about this stay. The room smelled awful, and the smell was still there later. There were 13 hairs on one square meter of the sheet, and my girlfriend nearly threw up. Someone had also peed in the toilet and left it unflushed. We couldn't reach the staff or management. Nobody was in the building, and nobody answered the phone. By far the worst hotel I know.

Disaster. It smelled unbelievably bad, and there was urine in the toilet when we arrived. It couldn't have been worse.

I'm staying here right now, and I'm extremely disappointed by how unresponsive they are. Reception is empty most of the time, nobody answers the phone, and there's no clear way to contact anyone.

Very good hotel. There's a kitchen and a large bathroom.
