We'd already paid for one night, so we still went to take a look despite the strange impression from our phone call. The man was rude, said “no english,” and hung up when we called ahead to check someone would be there for check-in and to ask about parking. When we got there, nobody was around. The building windows were covered with wood and curtains, with sticky tape everywhere. It looked too shady to go inside. WARNING: don't book here!

We arrived and there was nobody to check us in. That was completely disrespectful and irresponsible to us as clients, and to themselves. I wouldn't recommend this place. In Nancy, anywhere else would be better if you want a chance of actually getting the service you paid for...

It's a good place, right in the center of nancy. The staff are friendly, and the rooms are cheap.

This is still a very bad memory from my stay with my eldest son in 1994. A bug bit me in the room, and even the pharmacist couldn't tell whether it was a big spider or something else. The hygiene seemed very questionable. The sheets hadn't been changed when we arrived, cleaning was only every other day, and the room was noisy and not very well attended. Its small window looked out onto public toilets. One of the worst hotels I've stayed in. I hope things have changed, but I can't recommend it.

At least the place looks clean, but the toilet doesn't work and they don't provide toilet paper. The sink often only gives hot water. For €30, you can definitely find somewhere better.
