I’d not been to the shop in ages, but the shopkeeper was as helpful and friendly as I remembered. He made ten photocopies, including two in color, and copied both sides of my ID card himself. The work was impeccable, as usual. It cost €3.60.

I’ve been going to this store for over 30 years, so the negative reviews make me wonder if they mean the same place. Razzak and his son are friendly, respectful, efficient, professional, and always willing to help. I’m actually heading there later to make some photocopies.

I asked for a black and white photocopy of my health insurance card, and the salesperson gave me the choice of black and white or color. The copy came out completely illegible. I pointed it out and had to pay again for a color one, which was just as bad. Then he blamed me for choosing black and white, though he hadn’t warned me the quality would be poor. That’s no professionalism or customer service. Avoid this place.

I get along well with the managers, and the service has been great since I started going there. Printing documents or theses is easy and inexpensive. They also sell handy things like folders, pens, and masks, all at reasonable prices.
