My phone and laptop were stolen from our room while we were asleep, which was deeply distressing and left us feeling unsafe. The hotel's response made it worse. Staff showed no real willingness to help or accept responsibility, and after more than a year of emails and repeated efforts to resolve it, we got no compensation or meaningful support. I strongly advise people not to book this hotel.

We stayed in a large, spacious family room. It was clean, and the shower and toilet were nice. The hotel is only a few minutes' walk from the town centre. There's a breakfast buffet, with free breakfast for kids up to some age, though I honestly can't remember what age. Parking costs €10 a day, which I think should be included. The spaces at the back are very tight, so if you arrive in a fairly large car and the lot is full, parking may be a struggle. We couldn't get the AC started, but managed without it.

Check-in and check-out were easy, and breakfast was very good for the price. The room was simple and clean.

The hotel is a newish, purpose-built two-star place, with cramped but clean, functional rooms where everything worked, even the A/C in 34°C heat. It sits a couple of blocks away from the station, on the wrong side if you're heading that way, and an archway with poor signs leads into the centre of a city block, away from the noise. A small supermarket is next door. It's away from the tourist sights and restaurants, and the breakfast looked very much like a two-star offering. Still, under €50 for a double room in mid-June was a very competitive internet price.

The rooms were tiny, but clean, with decent beds, and the staff were friendly. It was cheap and exactly what we'd expected. Not a good fit for a longer stay, but just right for a weekend.
