The room and bed were an acceptable size, and the croissant and bread at breakfast were good. But that was the entire breakfast, with only butter and jam, and it didn’t feel worth €8. At €95 for the room plus breakfast, the stay was disappointing. Noise carried easily between rooms, I wasn’t told about any elevator, one clerk couldn’t communicate outside French, and there were no amenities. The free Wi-Fi was unusable for me because its ridiculous firewall blocked almost everything beyond web browsing, including a VPN connection to my company network. Unacceptable. I won’t visit again.

The RER station is very close, and the staff were nice, helpful, and available. A good hotel.

The receptionist was especially helpful, sharing which RER and metro stations would work best for our stay. He was kind, discreet, and available whenever we needed him. We were in Nanterre for a concert, and the hotel is right across from the RER, yet our room was quiet. It was clean and roomy enough, with a private bathroom and toilet, towels, and a comfortable bed. Breakfast cost 8 euros. A bit pricey perhaps, but convenient, simple, tasty, and filling.
