The hotel's main plus for me was being near my workplace. The staff were quite nice and breakfast was decent, but the stairs smelled terrible. One lift was already out when I arrived, and the other broke during my stay. It stayed that way for several days.

Godwin at reception was a huge help when my luggage went missing on my flight to France. It was eventually found at Paris airport and sent back to the hotel after I had already returned home. A few emails with reception later, Godwin arranged to have it safely shipped to my address in the Czech Republic. Perfect service. I'd happily stay here again next time I'm in Paris.

The welcome wasn't particularly friendly. I asked for a room facing the backyard and was assured that's what I had, but it wasn't. At first I was told breakfast wasn't part of my reservation, then after I asked a few questions, I was told it had been added to my stay. The rooms are quite small, the windows don't block sound, and the bathroom fixtures are in poor shape. For example, the shower head cuts into your fingers when you hold it.
6/10
The hotel struggled to handle our group of 90. Not everyone could fit in the restaurant, so some of us had to wait until 21h for dinner. Breakfast was good, while the other meals were just okay. The rooms were nice and clean, and some of the staff were really friendly and helpful.

For the price, this is a great choice if you're going to something at La Defense. I was here for a couple of nights for the Eras tour, and it was about a 25 minute walk to the La Defense stadium. The rooms were modern and very clean, and the staff were friendly.
