The rooms are spacious and the staff are super kind. There's no refrigerator in the room, though, and housekeeping didn't top up the shampoo and other supplies. The neighborhood didn't feel very peaceful, and honestly made me wonder why a hotel was there, though nothing happened during our stay. The hotel is just a couple of minutes from the RER station, and the staff really tried to sort out the problems we raised. For the price and easy transport access, I'd recommend it.

We felt very welcome, and Teo deserves a special mention. He was so kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile, and his thoughtful service made our stay memorable. My husband, our two children, and I had a fantastic family visit. Mercure Hotel in Nanterre was modern and clean, and its location made getting around easy. We'd highly recommend it to families visiting the area.

The hotel is right by the RER A train station. The area felt safe, with good shops nearby, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice.

The location wasn't great, and it can feel unsafe at night. The room safe didn't work, and even after I told the staff, nobody fixed it.

There was a big Carrefour store just behind the hotel, and I liked how quiet, safe, and peaceful the area felt. It's a little outside central Paris, but the train gets you to the main places to visit in about 10-15 minutes, so you barely notice the distance. The hotel was clean and welcoming, and well located. I'd stay again if I needed to.
