The receptionists were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, though it smelled bad when we walked in. It was very small, including the bathroom, and noise from outside was awful. For the price, you can find somewhere better. The area felt remote, and I didn't feel safe walking from the station to the hotel alone. There were lots of beggars and homeless people asking for money. It's far from everything, so bring water and anything else you might need before arriving. The vending machine only takes coins. Parking is free if you have a car, and there's a gas station right in front of the hotel. I stayed one night and traveled without a car, using public transport. Honestly, the negative reviews are true. If you're traveling alone, especially as a woman, avoid this place. I can't recommend it if convenience matters to you.

The location worked well, close to a tram stop, shops, and restaurants. The rooms were clean, with housekeeping coming in every day. Staff were friendly and helped me with directions. I had a wonderful week here in October 2023, and would recommend staying.
