Appartements Place Royale - Maisons du Monde Hôtel & Suites

Being right on Place Royale made this stay at the Maison du Monde Apartments especially enjoyable. Our Marigold apartment was on the first floor, looking out over the square, with bars, cafés, restaurants, and shops easy to reach. There was some early morning activity from people starting work, but it didn’t bother us. The apartment had one bedroom and a large sofa bed in the living area, plus a lift if you’d rather skip the stairs. It was clean and modern, with original-feeling details such as the flooring that gave it character. We didn’t cook, though the fridge and tea and coffee setup came in handy. There were several teas and plenty of coffee pods for the machine, a nice touch. We checked in at the main hotel, an easy walk through the pedestrian area. We arrived early and left our luggage there. Check-in took just a few minutes, the staff were very friendly, and the directions to the apartment were simple to follow. Our family had a great four-night visit to Nantes. It’s a pleasant, walkable city with things to do for adults and children, and we’d gladly stay here again when we return.
