I usually try to park here when I’m in town. It’s very central, and having a toilet available is sometimes more than welcome. It’s well lit at night, and even when the signs say full, you can usually still get in. The lifts generally work, though I haven’t figured out their logic.

For city centre parking, the charges seemed reasonable. I paid about Eur10 for six hours. The car park was cleaner than I expected, with fairly spacious spaces, and it’s right in the heart of Nantes, within walking distance of almost all the main sights and shopping areas.

I left my car here for 48 hours over the weekend and it was untouched. I like my car, so I was worried about leaving it in a public car park for that long, but it seemed safe and secure. It cost only €30, and was clean and good value. I’d use it for a longer stay in the city.

The lanes are nice and wide compared with some other car parks. Even when it’s busy, the indicators make free spaces easy to spot: look for a green light, unless some POS has parked across two spots.
