The apartments are about 700 m from the center of Nantes and the Island, and the bedding was decent with tasteful design. But the upkeep seemed superficial. There was dust, dirty sponges, grimy window sills and questionable marks on the sofas, pillows and duvets. The kitchen was short on dishes, including bowls, cups, glasses and a plate, and the refrigerator was faulty. One parking space couldn't be used because its pass didn't work for the whole stay. The owner was responsive and tried to help, but couldn't resolve all the problems. We were staying as a family in two apartments. I could go on, but I'll leave it there. Up to you whether to try it.

The layout and decor are nice, but the cleanliness and general standard need work. The trash can and air vent were dirty, the toilet brush was broken, the shower had no soap, and the hairdryer attachment was the wrong one. During the Covid pandemic, I expected proper hygiene measures, but there weren't even cleaning products available. A big-screen TV and a tablet without an access code weren't much use.
