Le Lieu Dit

The tram stop right outside makes the location ideal. I had a great five-night stay, and the team were really attentive. The room is simple but has what you need for a comfortable night. There’s also a downstairs common area for working or relaxing, open to hotel guests at all times. Breakfast looks excellent, with local products, and the pizzas are amazing. The place is always full for lunch and dinner. The little shop downstairs is a great addition too, selling freshly baked cookies, lunch sandwiches, and wine.

We were only there for three nights, so didn't get to make full use of the hotel. The staff we met were great, and the location is fantastic, with easy access to local trams in a good area. I'd certainly stay here again when I'm in Nantes.

I came across this hotel at the last minute while tired on the road, and it turned out to be a good find. The bar was nice, and I tried an IPA that I enjoyed. I wasn't feeling well enough to try the food, unfortunately. My room was small but very clean, including the bathroom, and the bed was enormous and comfortable, just what I needed. The shutters blocked most of the road noise, though the tram bell started ringing really early. Service was good and the staff were pleasant. I’d recommend it.

The food is so irresistible that I'm glad I don't live in Nantes, or I'd weigh 500kg. The bed was great too, I slept like a six-month-old, and the rooms are super clean. The vibe made me smile a lot, and the service was top-notch. I felt like I was at my cousin's house. Why does this place have less than 5 stars? The only problem is how popular it is. This place is GREAT!!!
