Hotel La Residence

My train was delayed, but after I called, someone stayed to let me in at around 11:30 PM. That was great service. I also really appreciated the elevator, which made it easy to get my heavy bags up to the top floor. The room was clean, well appointed, and had a great view. The bed was extremely comfortable, though I was so tired when I arrived that I probably could have slept on a rock. The location is convenient for the train station, restaurants, and sights.

We had a great view of the cathedral from our window, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was tasty, and they catered to my gluten-free needs. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel is close to the main historic sights. It had all the amenities you'd expect. We had a very pleasant stay and I'd definitely recommend it.

The room was very clean, with a chandelier and comfortable bedding, and there were plenty of phone chargers. The interior is beautiful, the atmosphere welcoming, and the staff friendly. The hostess spoke several languages and was generous enough to prepare breakfast just for me at 5 am so I could catch my 6 am train. Normal breakfast hours are 7~10h. The rate was €120 per night. One thing I'd change: the shower and sink area only had a half wall between them, so a curtain would be nice. There was also just a three-in-one product instead of separate shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Everything else earned five stars, and I'd definitely stay again.

We had a lovely view of the courtyard and cathedral, and the rooms were comfortable and large for France. This charming family-run hotel is right in the heart of Narbonne, and check-in was easy. The person at reception was delightful. Just be aware there are no room safes. The lift stops on each main floor, but some rooms are half a flight of stairs above or below it. That wasn't a problem for us, though anyone with mobility issues or heavy bags may want to ask for a room on the same level as the lift.
