We were told we’d be charged 20€ if we didn’t clean the apartment, but found sunglasses behind the couch when we arrived. It didn’t give me confidence that anyone had checked whether the place was clean. On top of that, there’s no parking in the building despite what the description says. There may be free spaces on the street, or there may not be. We spent a few days there, and the small terrace door couldn’t be locked from inside, as Nils Bremann also mentioned in another review. That means someone could get into the apartment if they wanted. Very disappointing.

We left straight away because the place felt too insecure for us. The outside door to the terrace wouldn’t lock, and there was no parking spot with the accommodation, despite what we’d booked and been promised. It’s in a shady part of town and felt really spooky. We’re now having trouble getting a refund from the owner. Think twice before booking this “accommodation.”

The green apartment was clean and comfortable during our stay from August 1st to 5th, and we had no problems. There’s no private parking, but free spaces are available on the surrounding streets. We found a spot every day, at any time, without trouble. The area was very quiet and close to the main attractions. The small terrace door really doesn’t close from the inside, and I’d recommend getting it fixed. The terrace isn’t easy to access, though, so it wasn’t an issue for us. We’d definitely come back. Thank you!

We had a really nice week in Narbonne. Audrey had no problem with our late arrival, even with the considerable delay, and provided bed linen and baby equipment. My husband could get his work done while I went to the market in the mornings.
