For our second wedding anniversary, we chose the Suite "Pomme d'amour" for a night, and it was such a lovely choice. It felt romantic, was very clean, and the wine was good. We enjoyed the whole stay and hope to be back soon.

The Bridgerton suite made for a wonderful weekend. We loved the sumptuous decor, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The spa bath was fantastic, the suite spotless, and the service excellent.

The quiet, discreet location was a real plus, with shops and restaurants close by. We also had a relaxing time in the jacuzzi. The room itself was magnificent, very clean, and thoughtfully decorated, with plenty of amenities for a romantic getaway. The manager was kind and welcoming and gave excellent service. It was good value for money, and I’d recommend the experience. I hope to return and keep this lovely memory. Bravo!

Parking was almost impossible, and the neighbors were noisy. Inside, the room was very humid and had an unbearable smell. The spa made a lot of noise, the bed was uncomfortable, and the sheets smelled bad. There was so much frost in the freezer that making ice cubes wasn’t possible. The online photos give a misleading impression. A very disappointing stay, and I absolutely wouldn’t recommend it.

We arrived at the requested 6 PM for our two-night, three-day booking, but the Majestic Suite was in a shocking state. There were semen stains on the sheets, a pubic hair in the bathtub, a soaking wet towel in the shower, and dirty dishes, among other things shown in our video and photos. We waited until 7:45 PM for it to be partly cleaned. When we came back, the floor was still dirty and the hair was still in the tub. Some service. For two people over three days, apparently the allowance is just two coffee pods and one roll of toilet paper, so bring your own. This was for a €441 stay. If you run out of paper, there’s a Carrefour Express nearby. The walls are so thin you can hear everything, and in my opinion there’s no soundproofing. The area has a bad reputation, parking is out of the question, and you may find yourself chatting with local beggars. I strongly advise against staying here. Don’t expect a refund, either. That was refused, and the compensation was a mediocre ten-euro bottle of wine for a €441 booking.
