Yolanda was very helpful and spoke excellent English. The room was large, spotless, and very quiet. Breakfast was good and reasonably priced. It’s an easy place to recommend, especially with the train station just a five-minute walk away.

The rooms were spacious and very clean, with amazingly comfortable beds and linens. Staff were friendly and helpful, and spoke several languages, so communication was easy. It’s a lovely older hotel in a great spot, very close to the train station. I’d happily stay here again.

The warm, friendly staff were the best part of this clean, comfortable older hotel. It’s only a short walk from Narbonne train station, and breakfast was really good. This is the only hotel in Europe where staff have offered to carry our bags up the stairs!

A nice local hotel near the station. The rooms have been newly decorated, the staff are friendly, and breakfast is good value.

My room was spacious and the air conditioning worked well, which mattered a lot during a hot summer stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful, and the hotel is in a quiet neighborhood just a three-minute walk from the train station. It’s very good value. There’s no lift, which may be an issue for some, but the receptionist, perhaps the owner, kindly offered to help with my bags. I didn’t have breakfast, so can’t comment on that. I really enjoyed the stay, would recommend the hotel, and look forward to returning.
