Le Verrou

We really liked the charming beer garden, and the staff were helpful. The rooms were great too, in a nice hotel.

After a day out walking and seeing the sights around this region, coming back here felt like coming home. The house is spotless and so well cared for, and its decor owes a lot to the hostess, who is professional and attentive. You feel almost like a guest of hers during your conversations. The facade calls it a “Charming house,” and it lives up to that from the moment you arrive. We had a truly relaxing stay, and it’s one we’ll remember as a must-do again.

The beds were comfortable, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and very professional. The decor is lovely, with tasteful colors that work beautifully together. It avoids both flashy looks and that interior-magazine cliché, which I appreciated. I would have liked a little more variety at breakfast.

Our room, number 1, was really spacious, with the bathroom separate from the toilet. There’s also a sweet little garden where you can relax. Ema, who manages the hotel, gave us a very warm welcome, and breakfast was fit for royalty. PURE BLISS!!!! This boutique hotel is definitely worth a visit.
