The hotel is comfortable and nicely located near Paris Gare Clamart. I especially appreciated the help from Marie Christine at reception. On a rainy day, our food delivery ended up in a public garden because the courier said he couldn’t find the hotel. I asked Marie for help, and she got the rider to return for our dinner and bring it to us. I’m glad to see the Accor family has staff as kind and effective as Marie.

Breakfast was badly managed. By 9:15 am most of the food was gone, there were no clean tables, and we had to keep asking for things to be replenished. The bread, when it finally arrived, was still frozen, and several guests were understandably upset. The furniture was also old and worn, especially the sofa, which was in poor condition for a hotel in this category. We came with our dog and arrived around 3:00 am. There were stains on the fitted sheet that looked like urine, so we went straight to reception and were moved to another room. We appreciated that. To avoid stressing our dog, we didn’t ask for daily housekeeping, but planned to change the bedding ourselves. Under the duvet cover, though, we found stains on the duvet that seemed to be blood and urine. Housekeeping replaced it with a clean one without any trouble. At checkout we showed reception photos and videos so they’d know what had happened. The morning receptionist, Adonis, was rude and dismissive. He said, “We already changed your room,” then asked, “So what’s the issue now?” We explained that we were sharing feedback, not making a complaint, but he said it wasn’t his responsibility and that he “might pass it along.” There was no apology. He did quickly remind us about the outstanding charges for the dog, parking, and city tax, which we paid there and then. We also saw him mocking a guest on the phone while joking with a colleague, which felt very unprofessional. Some staff did try to help. The night receptionist was kind, and the room change and clean duvet were handled helpfully. Still, the cleanliness, breakfast, and morning reception service, especially Adonis, were very disappointing. The whole stay fell well short of what we expected.

The problems began as soon as we arrived: there was mould in the bathroom, the ventilation was broken, the bedding was stained, and the sofa bed was poor quality. My children were also bitten during the night, which made the stay unacceptable. When I raised everything with reception and the manager, they were very unhelpful and refused to take responsibility. After a long discussion, they agreed only to refund the night we hadn’t stayed. With the cleanliness, maintenance, and staff response, this was a terrible experience and I can’t recommend the hotel.

The staff were very friendly, and the area was quiet and calm, with a Lidl nearby. We had a double room with a small hallway and paid €20 for parking in the enclosed grounds. The front desk is open around the clock, and breakfast was very good, including freshly squeezed orange juice. It’s a very good, fairly inexpensive hotel about 10 km from central Paris.
