The green space is a lovely spot to unwind, and the place stays peaceful and quiet. The kitchenette was handy for making our own meals, too. Staff were attentive, and the nearby thermal baths are a real plus if you're going for the waters. A charming place where you feel at home.

The place was dirty, and the photos online give a very misleading impression. The facilities are worn out, including the gym with its three pieces of equipment and tired sofas. The washing machine service apparently doesn't exist because it's supposedly broken. Guests aren't allowed into the living room or the large photo room. It feels like false advertising. Having one of the two owners be the problem makes it very difficult.

The windows wouldn't close and there was no soundproofing. The apartment was dirty and hadn't been renovated in ages, and even the shower was unfinished. We still had our suitcases in the car when they showed us the assigned apartment and then asked us to pay the balance. I asked for an invoice for the stay and was told, "I can't get the invoice, see you on Friday with the person downstairs," so I handed over the check on Friday. They said, "No, not possible check now," but the check was debited two days later. The welcome was terrible. Nothing was up to standard. Run away. It's shameful to rent apartments in this condition. 😡👿👹

I sometimes use a wheelchair and asked for an apartment suitable for people with reduced mobility. I was told there'd be no problem, that it would be on the ground floor with access to the garden. Instead, it had steps everywhere, was completely inaccessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM), and didn't even open onto the garden. The grounds are lovely, but badly neglected. Rain comes through a gutter like a shower at the entrance to the common areas, a problem reported in 2016 and never repaired. The paint and facades are crumbling. The common spaces feel like my great-grandparents' house. They might be nice if they were cared for. The hall carpets are vacuumed only once every three weeks. The decor is all over the place, with colored LED lights, an office-style false ceiling, old-fashioned wall sconces and garish red walls. The poorly heated common room is uninviting, doubles as a gym, and has a sterile, hospital-like white look with incredibly uncomfortable cheap chairs. There was no reception and no owner or staff around. The apartment wasn't clean when I arrived. There were three kilos of dust bunnies under the bed, dust on the kitchen utensils, and excrement and limescale in the toilet bowl, which clearly hadn't been cleaned in ages. The linen package was advertised for 20 euros, but there were no sheets and the bed wasn't made. The bathroom had no radiator, just an intermittent fan heater. Drafts came in through single-glazed windows with a 2 cm gap around the frame. Sometimes it was -4°C in the morning and barely 5°C in the bathroom. At night they turn off the heating to save money, so even with three blankets I was cold. The rusty, faded shutters, possibly with old lead paint, nearly fell off whenever they were opened or closed. There was no clothesline, which is a real problem on a three-week spa stay when you need to wash and hang clothes. The dining table was really a serving cart, with no room to get your knees underneath. The bedding was adequate apart from the pillows. The wardrobe lock was broken. The reception area with the piano and the other features shown online is off limits to guests. Don't trust the website, it looks good but is practically false advertising. Don't buy the linen packages, it's €20 for sheets for three weeks, but they're the wrong size for the bed and must be as old as the building. Parking costs €60 for an outdoor spot under trees dripping with sap, beside garages and garbage rooms that look like dumping grounds. It's a dump, and I wonder how they can charge over €500 for a three-week spa treatment. Especially if you have reduced mobility, stay away. It should be closed and renovated, or charge 50 to 60% less than it does now. The place is advertised as suitable for people with reduced mobility, but it's completely inaccessible.

We slept well in this comfortable, practical apartment, and the park behind the building was a nice place to relax. It's close to the Spa Center, so we didn't need the car. I'm returning for the third time this year and feel sure it'll go just as well.
