Aux doux Becots - Bed & Breakfast

The room was spotless and tastefully decorated, and Corine gave us a very warm welcome. We were only a five-minute walk from the sea. A fruit salad with fresh fruit would have been nice at breakfast, and the 6:00 p.m. check-in felt a little late. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.

We could heat up our meal and eat on site, which was handy, and breakfast was perfect. The family setup was very clean, with a double-bed room beside one with two single beds, plus a bathroom and toilet in the family area. It's a five-minute walk to the center and the beach. Pets are allowed, and an extra mattress is available for a third child. We were welcomed warmly.

Come and judge it for yourself. This is a wonderful place, and I recommend it warmly and sincerely. I’m 66 and this was my first stay in this kind of accommodation, so I’m no expert, but I read the reviews and most were positive. Some people make completely false claims, though. One woman said the room was too small, and I call her a liar. I measured it myself with my own tape, with the hostess away: 6.24 m x 3.76 m, a total of 23.4624 m². If you don’t like the sleeping arrangements, move on instead of criticizing a place that doesn’t deserve it. No one has the right to criticize the place, its services, or the hostess. We loved our first stay and will keep this place in mind for next time in Hardelot, a town we love. The room matched the pictures, and Corine greeted us with real warmth and kindness. We’ll definitely be back.
