The area made getting around easy: the metro is a short walk away, and both central Paris and La Défense are simple to reach. The neighborhood felt safe and charming, with plenty of cafés and shops nearby. At Hotel Paris Neuilly, I had a cozy, clean room with what I needed, and the hotel felt elegant and welcoming. The staff were kind, professional, and quick to help. I had a lovely stay and would happily return, for work or a holiday. ✨🇫🇷

For the price, I expected more. The room was fine, but basic things were missing: there wasn't a jacket hanger, a reading light by the bed, or a central light switch. The safe was completely loose, so using it didn't seem worthwhile. I won't stay here again on future Paris trips.

Breakfast had a very good range of food and drinks, and the staff were friendly and helpful, especially with me not speaking French. My room was clean and tidy, with good facilities. The hotel was also very close to the place where my meeting was held.

The bed was comfortable and breakfast was lovely. The hotel is in a great spot near the main business districts. The roof looks out over a neighboring office building, but that does give you a sense of where the hotel is situated.

When I ran into a payment issue during the reservation, the receptionists were especially kind and helpful. They were polite throughout, too. My room was clean and a good size, and the location worked well. Merci!
