The room had a kitchenette where I could cook most things, and it was smartly laid out, apparently renovated, and clean. Having a bathtub was a plus, with a shower over it as well. Staff were friendly and helpful, so I'd definitely stay again on my next trip to Nice. I stayed four nights after spending three at another Nice hotel, and wished I'd booked longer here. It might seem away from the city, but public transport is easy to reach. The trams connect to the main spots, and it's about 15 minutes to Nice Ville station and the main CBD. There's a bus for visiting the Fragonard factory in Eze, and the train station is a ten-minute walk for day trips to Ventimiglia in Italy or Monte Carlo in Monaco. I didn't use the ground-floor washing machine, since I mostly hand-washed my clothes.

The hotel was clean and good value, and the customer service was good too. We had to take our own trash out at the end, though, and the rooms weren't cleaned during our stay. They provided only two coffee pods for six days. Parking costs €20 per day, and the tourist fee adds up as well. Without a car, I found it a bit far from everything.

The room did the job for sleeping and resting, and we liked both the hotel and the employees. The rooftop pool is small but cozy, with enough space for quite a few people. Some things work differently here, which I mean in a good way. For stays under a week, they don't clean the room or bathroom, take the trash, or restock toilet paper. We had to ask reception for more paper, which was totally fine by me.

The apartment had everything we needed, and the staff were very helpful. It's a great spot, close to train stations and bus stops, and an easy walk to Vieux Nice.

We made this apartment our little home and were glad we did. Everything was within walking distance, public transport included, and the rooftop pool was a nice extra. The car park was a bit pricey at 15€/day, but very useful. Staff were friendly and professional, and there were activities for kids in the common areas. Good value for money.
