We had to cancel because of an emergency hospitalization in intensive care in France. Studio Nice Halevy rented the apartment again in under 24 hours, during peak season, after receiving our cancellation. We asked for a partial refund given the emergency, but got no reply. Booking.com also contacted Studio Nice for us and received no response. The customer service was extremely disappointing. They could at least have answered our messages.
