We stayed six nights at Hotel Aria and really enjoyed it. The room was quiet, even though we were on the ground floor near the elevator, which I’d worried might be noisy. It was one of the quietest rooms I’ve ever had. Everything was very clean and comfortable, and the service was kind and helpful. The bathroom door didn’t latch properly, but we managed.

I was in Nice for a few days with my 19yr old daughter, and the twin room was perfect for us. It was quiet at night, and the staff were exceptional, always happy to help. From the hotel it’s a five-minute walk to the station, ten minutes to the beach, and 15-20 minutes to the old town. I’d definitely stay again, and thoroughly recommend it.

The staff were so warm and helpful, and I liked having the water fountain. They can lend you an umbrella for the beach, too. The rooms are clean and cozy, though pretty cramped, and the shower wasn't comfortable even if it did the job. The location worked really well: the tram is a short walk away, the beach is under 15 minutes on foot, and the center is about ten minutes away. The tiny elevator fits one person with a bag or two people. I'd stay again.

The welcome at reception was lovely, and everything looked promising. The price seemed fair, too. Then we got to the room: it was tiny, the bathroom setup was horrible, and the place felt more like a hostel. The A/C did get very cold, which was the one bright spot. For $50-$75 more a night, there are better hotels.
