Arome Hôtel

Fresh croissants showed up at the door each morning, and there was a coffee maker in the room. The person who opened the door grabbed my suitcase right away and helped me get settled, which was lovely. The location was really convenient: two minutes to the beach, four to Alsace-Lorraine Station, and twelve to Placa Masséna. A great choice for a stay in Nice.

The owner was kind, helpful, and full of tips, and I was excited to stay at this family-run place. Sadly, the rest of my experience left me disappointed. The room had odd noises and other problems; I emailed about them and got no response or apology from the owner. When I checked out, nobody was available to help with my luggage or an Uber. I found staff outside smoking, but they still didn't help, and I was left stressed trying to find my ride. There was no apology or sign of concern, and nothing was done to make things right. It's a cute, remodeled hotel with small rooms, but I won't return after feeling so uncared for.

We spent three nights in Nice at this sweet little boutique hotel. It was quiet, the staff were really kind and helpful, and the Promenade was just a short walk away. Loved the place!

Our host welcomed us with a map and lots of useful tips, and made us feel like personal guests. The daily croissants were delicious, too. Getting to the beach and around town was easy from here. There isn't an elevator, but the staff were very helpful carrying our overweight bags up two flights of stairs.
