Best Western Premier Hotel Roosevelt

What stood out most was the customer service. The manager was very humble and welcoming, and all the staff were hospitable. The hotel sits in a lovely central neighborhood, and the clean, comfortable rooms were well appointed, with very nice bathrooms. Thank you for looking after us. We'll definitely come back.

The central location was the only good part of our stay. The hotel is advertised as four-star, but to me that rating is completely unrealistic. It felt old, worn and poorly maintained, and the dated, unattractive Executive room we paid extra for did nothing to justify the upgrade. The air conditioning didn't work, and we were told to open the windows, which let in constant street noise and left us with very little sleep. Water pressure was weak and the hot water unreliable. These are basic standards, not luxury expectations. When we raised the problems, staff said other guests had had similar issues, but kept telling us to speak to someone the next day instead of fixing anything. It went on in circles, and we were also told we couldn't change rooms. We'd planned this stay for our anniversary, but frustration and lack of rest overshadowed it. I rarely leave a negative review, but felt I should share this so others can make an informed choice. For us, everything beyond the location was a disaster. There are better options nearby at similar prices, and I'd strongly suggest considering them before booking.

We looked at a few Best Western hotels and other places nearby, and we're so glad we chose the Roosevelt. The staff were incredibly friendly and clearly understood great customer service. We booked through hotels.com and got complimentary drinks at the hotel bar, which felt very swanky. The location was excellent, and the rooms were nice, clean and well appointed. As an American, I haven't had the best impression of Best Western hotels, so I was shocked by how fantastic this one was. I'd absolutely stay again and highly recommend it if you're looking for a nice hotel.

This cute little boutique hotel was the first stop on our dream honeymoon. We arrived in Nice early in the morning, and they held our bags while we explored before check-in. The room was small but comfortable, with the cutest balcony overlooking the beautiful streets of Nice. Breakfast was yummy, the rooms were very clean, and the front desk staff were kind and helpful. It's just outside the city centro, with a quick walk into town or to the beach. Such a beautiful boutique space, and close to everything!
