Boutique Hotel Neptune Nice

The owners wife greeted me when I arrived, and her kindness and sweet disposition really made an impression. I loved staying here. The hotel is on the third floor of one of Nice’s most popular streets, and the location is perfect for the price. My room had a cute balcony, a great shower and bathroom, and plenty of space for me and my things. The windows kept out the weekend noise, and there’s air conditioning, though the weather was so nice I didn’t need to use it. It’s a five-minute walk to the beach for beautiful sunsets, and three minutes from the daily morning outdoor markets. For the cost, the location is hard to beat. I’ve already recommended the hotel to friends and will keep praising it to anyone travelling to the south of France. I can’t think of anything to complain about. If I return to Nice, I’ll definitely book here again. 10/10, thank you so much!

The person I dealt with had an awful attitude. He insisted I had to arrive at the exact time we estimated for check-in, then kept blaming me for being late and saying the receptionist hadn’t had lunch, which I hadn’t asked about. If self-check-in is possible, why insist guests come at a specific time? He called me uneducated and threatened to cancel my reservation, as if I’d have to beg him to let me into his so-called “hotel.” The room was extremely small, and I could hear everything from the neighbors and the street. The place he called a “Balkon” was so hot you could burn yourself. There was no hot water after 11 p.m., and his “beautiful view” was just a crowded street. If you want a pleasant vacation, don’t stay here.

We loved our stay so much that we added an extra night. The place was clean and comfortable, and the soundproof windows were a real plus. The location in Nice couldn’t have been better. Tiffany at the front desk was kind and helpful, and really made our stay feel magical. Enjoy!

The room felt safe, was cleaned every day, and came with a fresh bottle of water daily. The beds were great, so we slept really well, and the bathroom was fine, clean, and easy to use. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, and gave us a good explanation of Eze village. Wifi was perfect, and being close to the tram and subway made getting around easy. It’s a little expensive compared with prices in Turkey. You can hear people if they talk loudly, but that’s normal for a downtown hotel.
