The bathrooms could do with an update, and the hallways smelled a little. Otherwise everything was okay, and the hotel wasn't bad. It was an enjoyable stay in a decent location, and I'd recommend it.

The location is very good, and that's about the only thing going for this “hotel.” It smelled damp and moldy, the walls were thin, and everything felt out of date. I'm pretty sure you can find better options in Nice for the same price.

I stayed in July 2016. The location was very good, but the place was just okay, not fabulous. The corridors and stair areas were in poor shape and need updating.

The staff were nice, but the hotel itself was quite old and not very clean. It's very close to Nice Ville train station.

A short tram ride took us to the beach, which was fantastic. The hotel is central to everything, with the train, tram, shops, and restaurants all nearby.
