We were nervous after reading the negative reviews, but we're staying on the top floor in a road-facing room for five nights, and our experience has been the opposite so far. The location is very convenient, and the 24-hour reception staff have been welcoming and helpful. Adiele in particular is a lovely, friendly receptionist. Our room is a decent size for central Nice, clean, and quiet with the windows shut. It has air-conditioning and heating, and they brought us a kettle when we asked. You can hear people outside the room door inside the hotel. We've heard that kind of noise even in top hotels, and we travel internationally and stay in four and five-star places around the world. The lift fits two people comfortably. Nobody asked us for a positive review. We were just surprised by how different our stay has been from what we'd read, and thought it would be unfair not to share it. So far it's been very comfortable, and we'd recommend the hotel.

The staff were nice, and being near the train station made this hotel workable for a couple of nights. But the rooms felt worn and impersonal, and the walls are so thin I could hear the person next door coughing all night, as if she were in the bed beside me. The bed itself was comfortable, though the pillows weren't. I skipped breakfast after reading the less favorable comments here. It's not cheap either, and you can find a better place for the same price.

The room was clean and good, and the location worked especially well for train travel since the station is very close. The staff were extremely polite, so we had a great time from check-in onward.

The room was clean and the staff were nice, but the building and interiors didn't look as good as the photos. The soap and shampoo seemed to be the same formula. I could hear all kinds of noise through the paper-thin walls during the day and early in the morning.

The staff were helpful and friendly, and the rooms were nice. Being close to the train station made it easy to get around the coast, and the hotel suited us perfectly for a couple of days. The location was ideal.
