We loved the little balconies and the roomy kitchen banquette, and the quiet neighborhood has plenty of good restaurants. Monoprix is right across the street, with Old Town, Garibaldi Square and the tram all an easy walk away. The apartment is spacious, clean and beautiful, with a fully updated kitchen stocked with everything, including sharp knives and nice China. There was also a washer and dryer, comfortable king beds and bedding, plus thoughtful basics like coffee, tea, soap and cleaning products. One drawback was the weak water pressure in the lovely tiled showers, but all the other comforts more than made up for it. One of the best vacation rentals we've had. We hope to come back soon.

Boris welcomed us warmly and shared some really good tips about Nice. The apartment was magnificent, very spacious, clean and well equipped, with excellent bedding and a beautiful kitchen. We ate lunch as a group of five on the small courtyard terrace, and the street-side balcony was a nice spot for two to sit. The location was great and there were no unpleasant surprises. A wonderful stay, book with confidence.

Our weekend in Nice was both relaxing and enriching, and the place was quiet, welcoming, and furnished and decorated with care. It's ideally placed for seeing the city's sights on foot. Our hosts were friendly and helpful, which added to the memories we'll cherish.

This was our sixth winter in Nice, and we felt right at home at 15 rue Defly. It's the most beautiful apartment we've rented, with comfort, luxury and easy access to the main attractions. Boris paid close attention to what we needed and responded quickly to our requests. Thanks to Boris and Jérôme for such a warm welcome and two wonderful months.
