Hôtel de France, un hôtel AMMI

The breakfast was superb, with local fruit and vegetables in season, and the location is handy for grocery stores. Some rooms have been updated, are larger, and don’t have carpet. The staff were amazing, so friendly, caring, and helpful. Valentina is the best. Thank you all so much!

Katie and Alice were lovely greeters. The hotel is quaint and very clean, and the whole team was attentive and extremely nice. It’s only a block from the ocean, with a short walk to restaurants, the old town, and the market. We’ll definitely stay here again.

We’ve been here for three nights with my family, and the hotel has a lovely feel to it. The entrance area looks so pretty at night, and the place is laid out nicely. Our rooms are neat and nicely decorated, though on the small side and a bit cramped. The staff have been amazing and the service really good. It’s right next to the beach, with lots of wonderful places to eat nearby. I love the vibe, and it’s a really nice place to stay.

The hotel is fine for a short visit, though it feels expensive for what you get. The rooms and bathrooms are very small, breakfast choices are limited, and basics like body lotion and slippers aren’t provided. On the plus side, the staff are cooperative and always helpful. Coffee and some snacks are available free throughout the day. The location is very convenient: close to the beach, about a five-minute walk from a tram stop, and easy to reach the old town and many landmarks on foot.
