Hôtel Le Soleia by Inwood Hotels

Our family made unforgettable memories here, and we were genuinely comfortable. The reception team, especially Mike, made our 4 night stay feel like home. Traveling with our dog can be a challenge, but they thoughtfully provided a blanket, mat, and water. The place was spotless. When it got cold, they brought up a portable radiator straight away and fixed the heater the next day. We’ll absolutely be back for the caring service and cleanliness.

The location made everything easy to reach on foot, and breakfast was fantastic. I’ll definitely come back to Le Soleia and would gladly recommend it. Luis made my stay unforgettable. I’d just come off a horrible flight from South Africa and was exhausted, but his kindness helped me feel at ease right away. He showed me a map of Nice, offered great recommendations, and was accommodating throughout. He even upgraded my room, then called a few minutes after I arrived to check everything was okay. When I left, he helped carry my bags to the Uber. Such thoughtful service.

The hotel itself felt fresh and inviting, from the rooms to the common areas. It was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained, with a warm, relaxing atmosphere. The location made it easy to explore Nice and still return somewhere peaceful. I had a wonderful stay and felt really looked after. I’ll be back, and I highly recommend Hotel Le Soleia. The people made it especially welcoming from the start. Stacy was wonderful and helpful at check-in, and the whole staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. The guys serving breakfast gave amazing service too. You could tell everyone cared about guests.

Le Soleia is in a tranquil part of town, close to the promenade and railway station, and not too far from decent restaurants. We picked it partly because it was included in a British Airways package and partly for the location. The decor is interesting, and the hotel has a clean, cosy feel. For a boutique place the amenities are limited, but that suited us; there’s also a small bar in the corner of reception. Breakfast hours were generous, with more than enough cooked and continental options. The room was spacious enough and had a balcony, though the view across the street wasn’t much to look at. We didn’t spend long in the room. The service was faultless for us. The receptionist pointed out places of interest on a map and checked that everything was okay after we got to our room. Breakfast staff were polite and helpful as well. We had two small room 35 issues. The floor covering was so textured it was uncomfortable to walk on barefoot, and there was an unpleasant stain beside the coffee machine that could have been cleaned fairly easily. Even with those niggles, I’d be happy to stay again.
