A clean, nice flat right in the center.

The price felt fair for what we got. Check-in was straightforward, and the area was quiet. The location was great.

The spot was excellent, about a minute from Place Massena, and they kept my luggage after checkout on my last day. The room had its downsides: the bathroom and bedroom shared one space, so water splashed out, and the washing machine was broken, which I was told about when I arrived. The tea bags had already been opened and left out for someone to eat. The pros and cons were pretty clear, and for the price I found it acceptable.

The apartments need a serious improvement in cleanliness, and privacy may be an issue: the bathroom in the "Nature" studio is open, while the toilet and bathroom in the "Shanghai" studio have glass doors. The locations are excellent, just off the Promenade des Anglais and Old Nice through Place Massena. We didn't meet the owner during our five-day stay, but she was helpful by phone. Once we mentioned the booking had been made for two people instead of our group of three, she corrected it, and we were allowed to keep our luggage longer than planned. The facilities were disappointing too. In the "Nature" studio, the sofa bed we needed for the third person came apart when opened, the fridge froze anything we put in it, there were only two teaspoons for three people, and the bathtub had no mixer tap. In the "Shanghai" studio, the kitchen tap was very wobbly, and there was no table or chairs, just two small poufs and a coffee table.
