The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the bed was very comfortable. The room had all the amenities we needed. I enjoyed the stay and appreciated the welcoming atmosphere, but for the price I paid, I expected a more modern room in better condition. The bathroom and some parts of the room could use an update.

The garden breakfast was lovely, with fresh tropical fruit, cereal, eggs, pastries and baguettes, followed by excellent coffee. Our room was immaculate, the bed was nicely firm, and the kitchen area had everything we needed. The relaxing atmosphere made it feel like staying in a private home. It’s well placed for exploring, with trams and trains within walking distance. The staff were amazing, always ready to help or give advice, and nothing was too much trouble. An absolutely wonderful stay.

Corina was a star, and the whole team gave great customer service. We even got an upgrade. The rooms are lovely, with fully equipped kitchens, and the bed was the most comfortable. Perfect central location.

The staff really are kind, but the room was filthy and in poor shape. The bathroom was disgusting, the doors had chipped paint, and there was mold on the bathtub. The curtains were stained and smelled bad. The room had a kitchen, though the dishes weren’t very clean either. The cleanliness overall was terrible. The water was barely warm, so I couldn’t really enjoy a shower. After I complained about the room’s condition, the hotel let me move out early. I was charged around 450 euro for two nights.
