I was so disappointed I can't even give one star. After I booked a B&B online, my flight was cancelled, so I couldn't get there to stay. I received no reply and no refund. That's unacceptable. On another occasion, I booked a B&B and ended up in a six-story building without an elevator. The reservation was for someone who was ill and elderly. When I raised the issue and left a negative review, it was deleted. The whole thing is a mess. I'll never book with them again. What a shame.
